Our education system is built and tailored around the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Our main aim is to ensure that children learn through planned, purposeful play, so reaching their full potential, by focusing on their interests, stages of development and considering their individual needs.Highly qualified staff ensure that the EYFS is integrated into our philosophy and the results shared with parents and carers.

Key Person System

Every child will be assigned a key person. The role is to give your child reassurance to feel safe and cared for, whilst building strong relationships with both parents and carers. They will always be available to answer any questions or queries you may have about your child’s care and will keep you fully informed and involved in your child’s development as you will always remain the most important person in their life.

Each child will have a profile in nursery. The Key worker will collect information and data for this profile, such as observations, photographs and pictures of your child’s work. The aim of this profile is to record the child’s learning journey whilst at nursery. This information will then be passed onto the child’s next school as a reference for their overall development and achievements whilst at Little Einsteins.
