Key Person System
Every child will be assigned a key person. The role is to give your child reassurance to feel safe and cared for, whilst building strong relationships with both parents and carers. They will always be available to answer any questions or queries you may have about your child’s care and will keep you fully informed and involved in your child’s development as you will always remain the most important person in their life.
Each child will have a profile in nursery. The Key worker will collect information and data for this profile, such as observations, photographs and pictures of your child’s work. The aim of this profile is to record the child’s learning journey whilst at nursery. This information will then be passed onto the child’s next school as a reference for their overall development and achievements whilst at Little Einsteins.
